It raises the bar for all value-priced folders, by using premium blade steel, layered G10 scales, and patented features including assisted opening, a unique knife safety and our special serrations. First the blade. It’s a modifed drop point design with a high hollow grind. CRKT uses premium 8Cr14MoV stainless steel. You have your choice of a Razor-Sharp edge or combination Razor-Sharp edge with our patented(1) Veff™ Serrations, which are superior for fast cutting of cord, netting and vegetation.
The frame uses rigid InterFrame build with stainless steel liners, one locking, and layered G10 scales, textured and CNC machined to aid grip. The deep finger choil and pommel fit the hand nicely. The flat cross-section makes for comfortable in-pocket carry.
The true breakthrough is our ability to combine the patented(2) OutBurst™ assisted opening with the patent-pending(3) Fire Safe™ mechanism. When closed, the blade is safely locked by the Fire Safe pin. It cannot be opened until the safety button on the end of the thumb stud is firmly depressed and the thumb stud is nudged outward. Then the blade springs open instantly for use. Yes, this is a design for right-hand opening, but it is the best integration of folder safety and fast access that CRKT has ever seen in a sport and work folder.

UPS and PoorFish Outdoors offer Free Ground shipping on orders over $50 and $5.00 for Ground shipping on orders Under $50. For 2nd Day Air and Overnight shipping options, please contact our Customer Service Department.
You will find that there will be additional charges applied to select oversize and/or heavy items, as well as orders shipping outside the lower 48 states (Alaska, Hawaii, and other select US territories).
The ability to deliver merchandise to a PO Box is restricted in that only orders less than 2lbs and under $100 can be delivered via PO Box. All other orders must have a physical address that they can be shipped to. Please provide a physical address at the time of your order for purchases over $100 and in excess of 2 lbs to prevent any delay in delivery.
