Whenever a sporting good or accessory is sold out and no stock remains, PoorFish will remove it from the site to prevent any confusion to the purchaser. Once PoorFish Outdoors receives additional stock, you will find that the item will be placed back on the website for purchase. I found an item last week and the price has changed, do you price match?

No, unfortunately we use a dynamic pricing system that changes according to several different variables. We also do not hold items or match pricing when items return to stock.


What is the Return Policy?

How soon will my items ship after ordering?

Once payment clears through the system, orders are shipped out within the next 2 business days. For example, items that have cleared payment on Monday will ship out by Wednesday. Items with payment clearing on Thursday will ship out by Monday. Depending on your location, transit times may vary anywhere from 2 to 4 business days. What is the charge for Shipping?

PoorFish.com uses UPS for all shipping and uses Real Time Shipping Rates. Customers are able to choose the home delivery option, 2nd Day Air, or Standard overnight Shipping. Do you ship over seas?

Currently, we are only shipping to customers within the United States but we thank your for your interest in PoorFish Outdoors. Please use us as a resource on fishing, hunting, camping, archery, and outdoor sporting information and news.


Can items be delivered to a PO Box?

The ability to deliver merchandise to a PO Box is restricted in that only orders less than 2lbs and under $100 can be delivered via PO Box. All other orders must have a physical address that they can be shipped to. Please provide the appropriate address at the time of your order for purchases over $100 and in excess of 2 lbs to prevent any delay in delivery.


Do I have to pay sales tax?

PoorFish Outdoors ships anywhere in the US sales tax free with one exception, Missouri residents are subject to a 7.325% sales tax on all orders.


Did my order ship and can I get the tracking number?

Once your order payment has been received and processed, you will receive an email from PoorFish notifying you of payment. You will subsequently receive an email from the shipping company identifying your tracking information. Should you not receive the emails, be sure to check your e-mail’s Spam or Junk folder.

Are all items on PoorFish.com new?


All items available through PoorFish are new items and covered by the Manufacturer’s Warranty. With your order will be a store receipt for product registration or warranty purposes. Any warranty information pertaining to your particular item can be found on it’s description page on PoorFish.com.


What are the accepted forms of payment?

PoorFish Outdoors accepts payments made with a Visa or Mastercard, as well as through a PayPal account. Unfortunately, we do not currently accept checks or money orders at this time. .
