PoorFish.com offers a No-Hassle return policy. If for any reason you are not satisfied you purchase from us, you are at liberty to return new and unopened items (including their accessories) in the original packaging within 30 days of receiving your item. If you do decide to return your purchase, you must contact us for a return authorization.
When returning an item purchased from Poorfish.com, please be sure that all of the merchandise is in its original packaging and still has the manufacturer tags and identification stickers attached. All returns must be insured and the postage pre-paid. Please include a copy of your Poorfish.com invoice or packing slip with your return.
Defective products are covered by manufacturer warranty. In the case that the manufacturer is unable to provide resolution, Poorfish will replace the defective item. PoorFish Outdoors will also pay for the return shipment of these items.

Standard Returns (no longer want/need item)
All standard returns must be in new condition with all of the original packaging/manuals. Upon receipt of such returns our warehouse will inspect the condition of the items before refunding. All items returned for this reason are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Shipping Carrier Damages
We will be glad to offer you a replacement or a refund in the form of the original payment method. Please note, in case of shipping damage, an insurance claim has to be finalized by the carrier before we are able to issue compensation or product replacement. Please keep the damaged item in case the carrier would like to examine it.
Mis-shipments/Wrong Item Received
If you have received an incorrect item or you have not received your item at all, please notify us of such issues immediately. If we shipped an incorrect item, we will pay the shipping cost for a return.
Concealed Product Damages
