Return Policies
NO-HASSLE RETURNS
In conjunction with our 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed shopping experience, PoorFish Outdoors offers a No-Hassle return policy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase of outdoor sporting goods from PoorFish, you are at liberty to return new and unopened items (including their accessories) in the original packaging within 30 days of receiving your item. Should you opt to return your purchase, you must contact us for a return authorization.
When returning an item purchased from PoorFish Outdoors, please be certain that all of the merchandise in the original packaging and still has the manufacturer tags and identification stickers attached. You must contact us for a return authorization. All returns must be insured and the postage pre-paid. Included in your return, please include the copy of the PoorFish Outdoors invoice or packing slip.
PoorFish Outdoors reserves the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 10% for items that are returned not in accordance with the No-Hassle return policy including but not limited to non-defective merchandise and electronics. Items returned that were processed through the normal course of business are subject to the stated restocking fee.
Defective Merchandise
Any merchandise found to be defective is covered under the manufacturer’s warranty and may be returned directly to the manufacturer under their policy. The friendly Customer Service staff at PoorFish will be happy to assist you in reaching the manufacturer for any defective merchandise.
